By registering for FeedOptimizer.AI or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our service.
FeedOptimizer.AI is an AI-powered SaaS service for optimizing Google Shopping product feeds. The service includes:
Important note: Your original feeds in Google Merchant Center are never modified by FeedOptimizer.AI. All optimizations are uploaded exclusively as supplemental feeds.
A Google account is required to use FeedOptimizer.AI. By registering, you authorize FeedOptimizer.AI to access the following Google services:
You can revoke Google OAuth access at any time through your Google Account settings. Revoking access will prevent FeedOptimizer.AI from accessing your Merchant Center.
You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.
The service operates on a subscription-based model with plans scaled by product count:

Payment processing is handled by our payment service provider Stripe, Inc.

All subscriptions can be cancelled monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The free plan has no contractual commitment.

Use of FeedOptimizer.AI is additionally subject to the Google API Terms of Service. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

FeedOptimizer.AI is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kunden Kraftwerk LLC, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, any breach of these Terms of Service, or any infringement of third-party rights by you.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. For material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days before they take effect via email. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through informal negotiation. If informal resolution is not possible, all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Orange County, Florida, USA.
Notice for consumers in the EU: This choice of law does not restrict the rights afforded to you by mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. You may also bring claims before the competent courts of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely achieves the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kunden Kraftwerk LLC regarding the use of FeedOptimizer.AI. They supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
